We try our best to get the product back in stock as soon as possible. You may purchase the out of stock item which places in first in line for the item of choice once restock. You may also send us an email requesting for an update once the item is back in stock by using our contact form located here ,

HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Visit our website and click on the Track My Order link at the bottom of the page ( Footer) to get an update on your order. You will also get notified via email with a tracking id and link to track your order. You also have the option to download the shop app to track your order.
MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM.
We understand this can be frustrating. We may not have had the item(s) in stock when your package was shipped. Please review your email for details on the item(s) that are missing. If the item(s) were a preorder you will be notified when the item(s) are shipped. If this is not the case, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receiving your package. In the email, please list your order number in the “subject” heading and mention which item(s) are missing from your order. Our customer service representatives will review your email and respond within 2-4 business days.
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?
Due to the current pandemic, there may be a delay in processing and shipping a product due to limited staff. Standard processing time is 10 to 20 business days .Shipping can take between 4-6 weeks before you receive your order. Please send us a message if you have not received your order after 30 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays).

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If you are not satisfied with the product, we do offer 30 days money back guaranteed hassle free! The 30 days starts on the day your item was delivered to you. Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons we do not accept returns. You can keep the product or share it with a loved one. Please understand that our products are made out of natural ingredients, during the summer or winter months, products may separate or change in consistency. RETURNING DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please send us an email within three days of receiving the package. In the email, please list your order number in the “subject” heading along with your message. Our customer service representatives will review your email and respond within 2-4 business days.
WHERE IS SALES TAX CHARGED?
We only charge sales tax for U.S.A orders only. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes declared by customs on all international orders.
