Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused—and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@devisnaturals.com with the subject line: Return Request Order No. (Insert your order number). Please allow up to 24 to 48 business hours for a response. If your return is approved, we will send you a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Your satisfaction is our priority.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and used personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under certain conditions. If approved, the customer must first send back the original item, which our team must receive before we dispatch the replacement. All exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value, excluding sale items, with no exceptions. 

International/ European Union 14-day cooling-off period

However, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union or to countries outside the United States, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to specify a reason. As previously stated, your item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business day, minus 5% restocking fee, unless the error was made on our end. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since approval, feel free to contact us at info@devisnaturals.com. The terms and conditions of this policy may be updated or changed at any time at the company's sole discretion without prior notice. Any updates will be posted promptly on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms before purchasing any items.
