PROCESSING AND SHIPPING To quicken the process, please review and ensure the correct address was entered before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any order that could not be delivered due to errors in the address provided. If the order is returned, we will refund your balance as store credit ( minus the shipping fee and 5% restocking fee). 

    • Due to the current situation in our country, we have limited access to supplies and natural ingredients, which causes a slight delay in getting our products to you. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days(excludes weekends and major US holidays). Please allow up to 10 business days from the date you placed your order for processing. Once processed, you will receive an email with the tracking ID. Shipping may take up to 4 weeks from the date the order was received due to limited staffing and access to natural supplies. Please note that we are not held liable for any delivery carrier delays caused by the courier. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve this issue. Unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout, we are not liable for any loss, stolen packages, or damage caused by the courier. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. 
    •  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- We ship worldwide except to  Afghanistan, Aland Islands, Ascension Island, Belarus, British Indian Ocean Territory, Central Africa Republic, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Congo (Brazzaville, Kinshasa), Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Eritrea, French Southern Territories, Isles of Man, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, Norfolk Island, North Korea, Palestinian Territories ( Iran, Iraq), Pitcairn Islands, Russia, Saint Martin, Somalia, South Georgia, South Sudan, St.Pierre, Sudan, Svalbard, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, US Outlying Islands, Vatican City, Venezuela, Wallis & Futuna, Western Shara, Yemen, Zimbabwe. Place your order online, and we will contact you if we need any additional information before processing it.     • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or acts of God, air or ground transportation strikes or delays, extra fees, customs duties or taxes, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
    • PRIORITY MAIL- All orders, unless otherwise stated, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The cost of domestic shipping within the U.S. is $ 5 or $8 U.S. Dollars. There are some exceptions where shipping will be accessible based on the amount ordered or any special deals going on at that time. Once your order is shipped, it may take 5-7 days to arrive. You will receive a tracking ID via email to track your order. Please check your spam folder as well. If you have not received any updates after 20 business days, please send us a message with your full name and order number to info@devisnaturals.com
    • PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL- the shipping cost is $30 U.S. Dollars; this will guarantee your order will arrive in 2-3 days. Priority mail orders will be processed the same day or the next day if received before 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Please understand that the processing time may still take 2-3 business days if there are overwhelming orders due to our limited staffing. 
    • GIFT RECEIPT AND WRAPPING - If you wish to send an item as a gift, please include this in your note along with any special message you want to have with your order. We will send you an invoice for gift wrapping ($5.99). Once payment is received, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. If you would like us to wrap the gift ( $5.99), you have authorized us to select the wrapping of our choice.
